“I like the time flexibility because I can choose when I want to have lunch. I tend trying to finish or make sure that my code is working properly before going out of the office. Besides, I like how I can learn new things while working here with all the tools ready to be used. I can improve myself while working. For the technical skill, I learned more in term of git organisation, more detail in using MVC (model view controller) structure.
I like the flexible working environment here, the culture of working together and sharing knowledge. I’ve learn a lot about how to debug a code and find the solution to the problem, the process of web developing and how to develop ideas by analyze the surrounding. I think the current environment is so much beneficial for internship student.
I like how the teams are able to share information/opinion/knowledge with each others. Everyone’s working together, contributing their effort in order to complete and achieve the goal of task. I also like the flexible lunch hours system here where I can eat my lunch at anytime of the day
I’ve gained designing skills such as Photoshop, marketing knowledge, learned how to be accepting to all voices and opinions, adapted to the office lifestyle. I like that everyone has a little freedom when working, but still gets their work done on time, bosses are always understanding, and the flexible working hours.
In IT Wonders Design, all colleagues are friendly, patience, willing to share knowledge, and help each other. I learnt many new things and increased my knowledge. Apart from technical skill I also learnt how to solve a problem by myself and become more confident. Actually, I’ve learnt more than what I expected.
